All payments for subscription tiers are final and non-refundable, however refunds shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

• a) The subscriber has inadvertently purchased or upgraded to an incorrect subscription tier (for example, upgrading to the Stars tier instead of the Moon tier).
• b) Duplicate payments or other verified technical or billing errors.

In such cases, the subscriber may request a refund of the difference amount or, where applicable, a full refund.

2. Refund Request Procedure

Subscribers seeking a refund must submit a written request to team.aitutr@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date. The request must include:

• The subscriber's full name and registered email address;
• Payment reference or transaction ID; and
• A brief description of the reason for the refund request.

Failure to provide adequate information may result in delays or denial of the refund.

3. Processing of Refunds

Upon verification and approval of the refund request, the refund will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of approval. All refunds shall be made to the original method of payment or to the Bank account number provided by the subscriber.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations:

• a) Requests made after the expiration of the seven (7) day refund window;
• b) Subscriptions or services that have been utilized or accessed;
• c) Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated.
