1. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer

Our Platform is completely AI-driven. All lessons, practice materials, study plans, tutoring sessions, mentoring chats, and progress tracking are generated by artificial intelligence.

IMPORTANT: AI can make mistakes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information provided by the AI is correct, complete, or up-to-date. You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying any critical information. AITutr is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content.

2. Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Parental Consent

We are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Platform is intended for use by children, but accounts for users under the age of 13 must be created by a parent or legal guardian.

• Parental Registration: If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a child under 13, you represent and warrant that you are the child's legal parent or guardian and that you consent to your child's use of the Platform and our collection and use of your child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Parental Monitoring: Parents who create accounts for their children have access to a Parent Dashboard to monitor their child's activities, progress, and usage. Parents can manage their child's account, including suspending access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Platform offers multiple tiers of service:

• Dream Tier: A free-of-charge tier with access to core features.
• Moon and Stars Tiers: Paid subscription tiers that provide access to premium features. Prices are listed on our Platform and are subject to change.

All payments for subscription tiers are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions may be set to automatically renew. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling it if you do not wish to renew.

4. User Accounts and Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including the logo, design, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of AITutr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITutr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any errors or inaccuracies from our AI; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through our Platform or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes have been implemented constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
